Position Summary:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Full Stack Developer to join our team on a full-time remote basis. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on experience in both frontend and backend development, with a demonstrated ability to design, develop, and maintain complete web applications. This role demands strong technical proficiency, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications, including user interfaces, APIs, and databases.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and QA engineers to deliver high-quality software.

  • Ensure the performance, scalability, and security of applications across the stack.

  • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following industry best practices.

  • Participate in architectural discussions and code reviews.

  • Integrate third-party APIs and services as required.

  • Maintain proper documentation of systems, processes, and codebases.

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and tools.

Technical Requirements:

  • Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3

  • Experience with frontend frameworks such as React.js or Vue.js

  • Strong backend development skills using Node.js and Express.js

  • Experience working with relational and non-relational databases such as PostgreSQL and MongoDB

  • Knowledge of RESTful API design and implementation

  • Familiarity with version control systems, especially Git

  • Basic understanding of Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud deployment (e.g., AWS, Vercel, Heroku) is an advantage.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

  • 2 to 5 years of professional experience in full-stack web development

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory):

  • Experience with TypeScript, GraphQL, or Next.js

  • Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies

  • Prior experience working in distributed or international teams.
